Me

My name is Julia Matina, and I am a senior at SUNY Geneseo, studying Communication with concentrations in Journalism and Media.

My passion and interest in digital media can be traced back to my childhood, as I spent a significant amount of time in the production studios that my parents owned. Here, I was exposed early on to media production and talent management. I spent my childhood acting on segments that aired on PBS Kids and Nickelodeon. These experiences became a springboard for a future career in digital media and media production.
